just like youtube, veoh and crunchy roll are both legal online video viewing-type places. only, crunchy roll has ALOT of anime. they even have a section just for anime. and veoh has a much higher quality of video then most other sites.
so no, were not.

veoh doesn't have episode 1 of Powerpuff Girls Z either. you'll have to go to crunchyroll. and then, you'll need an account in order to watch more than 5 episodes. i'm not sure what the daily limit is on how many vids you can watch, i've never been obsessed enough to try.

I've watched a few episodes, not too bad, haven't finished due to other things on my plate atm though...
