i like it and you have to do battles with the unions

battles with words

no merc would join you for like or they might as well be a soldier you should have to continually pay for them

or even have it so you pay for them each time they enter battle which could seriously harm the value or a high strike

sounds to me like an idea for chaos, union era: evry unit you hire has to be payed

but on topic I'm not sure it might be a good idea
