2 more hours of lost in around 12 hours IF anyone has watched the trailer it is pretty obvious what is going to happen on the helicopter.

My thinking on the deaths: [spoiler]Claire is dead, miles knows which is why he wasn't worried when she walked off. Jin, Michael and Desmond are also in trouble. I dont think they would kill off Desmond so soon so if he somehow gets off the ship then we know its going boom [/spoiler]

Just saw the last two episodes...

[spoiler]I can't believe it was Locke who was dead in that coffin!
And Jin! Oh god that was sad. I'm comforted to know that Desmond is safe with Penny though. He's basically the only one who has gotten off the island and isn't messed up from it.
So we know how they got off the island.
We know that the island finally let Michael die.
We know that the island was moved.
We know that Clare is pretty much an entity of the island now.
We know that Syid has decided to go with the "long hair" approach in the future, and is still wielding guns.
We know that Sun is now planning on merging ideas with Mr Witmore (he will always be Jim from Neighbours to me)
We know Jack is pretty messy right now and has nothing more to live for.
We know that Sawyer is alive, but just... Lost.
We know that Penny is a good guy
We know that the island is now lost, even to Ben.

Here is the thing though. Its opened up another convenient can of worms for us.

How did Locke get off the island?
Why isn't his name Locke any more?
Why did he want to leave anyway?
Why wont the island just leave them to move on in freakin peace?
Is Hurley really crazy or are these people really haunting him?
Why has Sun taken so long to 'get revenge', when she was fine when she and Hurley met up to visit Jin's grave.

There are more I am sure...

johnkeel, i thought there was only 5 seasons total? Im pretty sure its just 5...but they probably can roll it on for more...


What I found interesting, aside from all this "after the island" melarky, which is great, was the people from the boat, who had already been on the island.

The next season is gonnnnaaa be gooood.

yeh, there was a behind the stage program on after the finale and the writers were talking about season 6

i had originaly been told there would be 5 seasons, but the more the merrier

don't know if its partially due to the writers strike or if season 4 was intentionally shorter

i have to say i loved desmonds "ending" i was really rooting for the guy!

i use "ending" with "" because i reckon he'll be back

Reading lostpedia makes me think that the vast majority of Lost fans are idiots. The absurdity of some of the 'theories' on there beggars belief. "John Locke is Aaron come back from the future." - I mean seriously?

Enjoyed the finale, though. Ben was on form, as ever.
