But where I really did well was when PPT's added 10% to your bank size I pulled 2 ppts every week, even if i ppt and immediately broke it. I never realized it would get that big tho

this idea would do nothing, as it effects everyone
perhaps a rank modifier would be a good idea - but as Lore has said before dropping down ranks is easy for the big guys XD
