The rules of the game aren`t correct.

Every race that reaches 40 or 0 is eliminated. This will add a little strategy and will not be just a popularity contest.

That's elimination scoring, though I hadn't thought of the 40 part (more of a drain your opponents rather than filling them until they explode). This is just messing around. As you seem so eager, want me to start it in another thread?
