because, people are petty enough to make new forum accounts under the name of "buck", thus meaning id have to make a second account, which would all get very confuseing.

Change from a unique name that has become a personality in itself. A name that not only identifies a player, but an entire personality. And change to what? Some generic "I am a badass. Look, I've quasi evil! GRRRR" screen name.

Tack another name onto the list of unoriginal crap. LordOf[anything], GodOf[anything], any name with the word demon in it, the digits 666, and any references to the devil of any kind.
