this rule sucks i keep getting hit by cowards as when i try to retaliate they are out of my reach and if they are in reach they usually have sold everything worth destroying WHO THE HELL THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA????????????

yes but there are threads that have many suggestions regarding ascended assaults.
I'm just implying with that solution they get a smaller player to destroy that persons defence and the big player jumps in to descend them...
obvisouly that requires descension to be fixed... I think removing repulsion will be a step towards that... (just refund people the LF they spent on the repulsion skill)

I have yet to figure out whether this thread deals with the 1/5 rule or the stat modifier...
In any case I don't mind either of those.
I do like TheRook's thought on repulsion-but that would be for a different thread.
