cheaters shoulb be banned+deleted so the accounts cant be sold or given for free

that account is being used atm by smone else, meh how come admins let this things happen , even if they took off stats from it. its better to kill all accounts that they bann for cheating in future. everyone can build one instead of spendin $$$ or whatever.
