Well Jed the reasons are few

1) IP address being same, ergo both naq and uu sent to dummy address

2) someone sold or traded an account, and it being the old account wanting the resources, though 2 different people, to get around the account being at the same address at some time

3) 2 accounts in the family, I have 2 sons who also play, admin gave privilages to one account but never came back to me about my sons accounts (we have one each only folks but all play)

4) someone sold resources that would not usually want it common knowlege, uses a 3rd person to make the sales then sends the stuff when paid

5) someone bought an account, realised they could not empty there old account cos they logged into it, the became the IP thing, so sent stuff to a dummy account

so there you go 5 possible reasons, crap maybe, but at least its a variation, there can only be 1 reason for a cheat, thats multi accounting, but the other 4 would be considered at least fair reasons

admin can be notriously slow to allow ip aceptions, as above, admin still havnt done ours, anyway nice find

Is it possible that he doesn't have SS and thus brokers won't work for him? Just a thought, probably wrong.

The guy in question does have SS because he's ascended, plus he has traded with people before.
