I feel for the family of this kid... it may have come down to lack of supervision... but think about it for a minute... this might have been the one (and sadly last) time they felt safe leaving the kid alone. i mean who would have guessed this woulda happened... its a sand pit for goodness sake...
ah well... hopefully this will get through to other people like this and make them think before they act... a sad example... >.<

BTW since this is a public service announcement... I leave for Japan this sunday!! woo so im pretty sure i wont be back on these forums while over there (and im gone til 2009 sometime...) so love all you guys in the anime corner!!! will miss you!

If you use a comp over there that has english support downloaded, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to access sgw or any other english site or program (or you can take your own comp, but thats another subject =p ). Reading the keyboard might be hard at first, but that can be fixed too... *points to the english/Japanese double language keyboard*
(I heard they're expensive though <.<)
If you want to dive in and completely master Japanese though, then you probably should stay away from english for a few months at least...

have fun in japan. I don't see why you can't get back online over there. English is like a second language over there
Also. This place is so not 4chan. Well.. maybe some *small* parts of it ... when the day comes I suggest you all start packing and go to another place. >.>;;

haha yes. i did mention that this is like kindergarten in comparison... zomg if this place became like 4chan... oh god...
DO NOT KNOW IF WANT.
besides, i like the community here, if we all turned into "anonymous" then that would be a large loss to me. i'd honestly seriously consider putting my own forums up to retain some aspects of the community...

lol this place nothing like 4chan
it was funny all those people at 4chan got pissed at gaia for the long cat items an stuff >.> besides I thought long cat was originally 2chans
my word how many chans are there o.o
community is nice thats why I tend to enjoy very active but smaller forums
oh hope you have/had fun in Japan
there should be a seduction justu...hehehe
everyone is an idiot it just varies from person too person xP though hope we all last long enough not to blow our selfs up and "evolve" at least mentally so we can survive an expanded in the universe or something
