It seems fitting that once a certain member would express a wish to have his own alliance and leave the current one because the main two heads aint really there that they would conviniently offer him a cookie so he would stay...


First that cookie being OSL and after he didnt like the cookie they offer him a new cookie called delta where he can do stuff properly...


Perhaps a question...


The head is omega...omega isnt just few members but all...but lets say that ppl who can properly lead it are few...and lets say the main two heads arent really there for them...
Does this solves it...giving a man his own alliance where he ll be able to do stuff his own way without waiting for ok from the top which is very busy with playing WoW etc...
Or would the top step a bit aside and while still remaining a very important part of that organisation leave its leadership to the ppl who are willing to devote more time and heart into it...

In the end its your internal policy how you deal with whatever, but perhaps a suggestion, start doing whats right instead of plugging the holes...
