Judo, stop trying to mod, you're not one, and as such, it's spamming, you need to stop or you'll be warned. If you see a rule violation make a report about it, if you have a problem with the way we do things, bring it up with the Ombudsman.

dunno about this broker-but on several occasions I've had similar brokers set to me from rather large experienced players mostly (my guess is the big guys pay less attention as the amounts mean less to them). In any case several times I've accepted broker like that-then had to set brokers back to even it out... dont worry buck-you're not alone (and yes, I've done it myself
)
