You really don't upgrade just because you have to click a button a few dozen times rather than once?! That's shocking and rather funny really.
I see no reason why it needs to be changed. Really, there are far more important things Forum could be doing than appeasing the lazy. Like Chaos, Ascension, some new dynamic in Main, sleeping and so on.

thats just gonna make all the people that dont mind the tedious work of upgrading not want it improved cuz thats 1 less person to compete with
and we are ahead by 2 now

I don't see a need to change this... it is just like UP... if you want more up .. click the button.. if you want more capacity... click the button... lol.. easy science... it makes upgrading your mothership idiot proof... so you get get things like.. "I think we should be able to sell off our mothership capacity because I put in a few to many 0's and I want my money back..." ... idiot proofing games is very important... and I think the makers of the game did a good job making it that way.....
