I i ve noticed the account a while ago.. talked to admin, and he said account was powered up by what looks like resource buyn on a biger scale, but evrything is legit...
So i guess we d have to trust his word for it... thoug the guy had to spend quite a bit $ to get that kinda stuf

He bought turns from the admin's market, and would sell them ingame... He said it was reliable and he knew he wouldnt get scammed...
