It'll likely be made into an anime, if anything at all. I doubt it'll become a hentai, since most manga ecchi manga have that level of ecchi and the anime forms simply remove it (one of the reasons I read manga, instead of watching anime.

And yes, this is the first chapter of a relatively new(ly translated) serialization. Meaning new chapters every week or so.
