I don't think they need to be redone completely, but I'd like to see the rule that states "you are not allowed to post on a banned users behalf", or you're completely defeating the purpose of the ban. Like we have seen with all the morons posting for others lately... they are only throwing fuel to the fire, specially if said person was banned for being a public nuisance and causing problems for the community. Letting others post on their behalf is their way of maintaining their opinions, comments and words.
Why ban anyone at all if they can just post "through" someone else?

I agree with this. What is the point of banning users for a particular reason when other users can then just post on their behalf?
