thats basically the main reason why... perhaps it could be limited to destroy military etc if both parties have war set...

although to get around someone attacking you... you just set neutral and you cant do anything about it then...

well, the suggestion is the "big" accounts cant destroy the little ones if the littles ones don't declare war. that's your protection shield right there.

so, instead of limiting everyone from being able to hit almost no one, mutual war declaration = all hell breaks loose.

we should have the option of being protected or not.
