heh...
so what facility do raiding troops use to get to the planet they're gonna raid?
they didn't need to make a new chaos server, that's fer sure
anyways... i don't believe in PPT. The way the game is played right now, you can lose 5B while you're sleeping and get back 10B when you begin using your ATs. heh
and as you say, admin is most unlikely to pay attention to any PPT issues... so

at my size, MS is always out looking for planets. heh, my troops ported to the farm.
