For anyone that was around in the very first stages of the game, you'd not even consider the likes of EtL (who was much later), the likely candidates for the first massing would be someone like Plumbersmack, Fox, or even Psi Kiya Trist. Not to mention Goo and THE SAZ. Wolf359 has been about since well, the beginning of time too, just to mention.

I'm sure admin'll dig out his old logs from 2005 and let us all know if you ask him nicely.

A long time since this whole fickle thing started, and like the game itself, in all it's numerical exponentiallity, my amazement at why people actually play continues.

I believe the first massing, was against The OOC, 3rdlibra, The SAZ and Apophis were hit by TEEM (TA, EPA, Elusive and MDA?) Not sure if it was MDA. It lasted about 4 hrs and was conducted on MSN, this was like the second day i joined so it was around may 1st of 2005. Then there another massing on May 15th it was only conducted by Wolf, JaseB and maybe 4 other people, and is refered to as One night with The Saz.

well I know when i joined, and that the massing was that night, and i checked an old EPA forum for the 2nd date.

And the name I couldn't remember, KCrunner.

Didn't GuiltySpark413 was massed or quitted at least before destruction by OoC?
I remember about this, I might be wrong tho.

i just remembered some other old names. if nuto vixen or bahumut knew about massing back long ago. or juan or any other veterans of the game.

- Logical: Well.. no, I wasn't. But since I can read, and used to have a lot of time, I have read most of what was on the forums until a certain date about 1 year ago. Used to focus on Omega's history for a while, now more broadly where possible.

doesnt definantly mean ur the first to mass in 2008 though... with so many accounts around its more likely someone who doesnt go around bragging actually did so.

And considering the new year for you started a few hours after the new year in other parts of the world, it is likely someone rang in the new year with a massing first
