You also need to consider that the FUALL/TJP NAP started May 11th 19:00 game time, so there is only a single possible NAP breach on May 12th. I am sure Delta will compensate you for your losses if you have the courtesy to inform them.

there is always a difference between:
ppl braking naps and refusing to pay back
ppl braking naps and never being contacted about it or repayment ever asked

most nap breaches happen unaware on ascended and ppl only notice when they get a PM about it

i said in the previous thread that i would pay the uu losses back and to contact me but u havent done that i was on msn nearly all day yesterday that is not my fault u didnt contact me.

i have contacted many of FUALL leaders in the past for breakings of naps as some have said most of the time u take repair naq outta the equation never mind paying back any uu lost. actually in all my time in getting repayments back from u guys UU losses have never been apart of it

why didn't you just broker him the UU memento instead of asking him to contact you? he clearly says how much he thinks he's owed in the other thread as well as this one, he's already waited ages for a response, you asking him to jump through yet more hoops is really rather pointless.

Either you're going to pay up or not, you can find his ID easily enough, so why not just pay up now and close this entire matter instead of dragging it out even more?

You and I both know how long I was without alliance, yes I moved from TO to TA. I was without alliance for so short a period of time I simply changed ascension tags from TO to TA. So even in the brief interval where I changed I still had nap'd tags, unless you are telling me all Fuall GQ and check main before a single attack on ascension.

Tags or no tags on ascension, you were not part of an alliance that we had a NAP with at the time of the hits. So please do not post them as evidence how often the NAP gets broken. I am still willing to repay whatever you lost in that attacks though.

You are right, NAP breaches happen and usually they get sorted pretty fast using the appropriate channels. Unfortunately sometimes one side refuses to admit an obvious NAP breach or worse, admits it but refuses to repay damages.

I do hope that Memento's post was his own personal opinion and not TO's official stance on the matter.

Well to be fair to MFC when he spoke to the guilty party he was told quite explicitly that he wasn't getting his UU back, so he couldn't very well broker him. if you mean he could broker you then yes he could, but the bottom line is you DID say you would pay him yourself, personally i would take that to mean YOU will broker HIM.

I still say the same thing though, if you want this matter closed just set up a Broker, job done.

Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't you the one talking about war now? Or stating on the forums you have no respect for us? Or telling us to "show our uu where the sun does not shine"? Or breaking the NAP refusing the repay damages?

Anyways, MFC will not set a broker himself. In fact, he won't demand any compensation for the losses his took from the NAP breach. It's not about a few men lost or not, it is about the principle. And in my eyes TO proved already that they do not and will not honour their agreements nor show a bit of respect towards NAP'ed alliances.
