i hope that doesn't happen as that was never my intention, i had thought about it but dismissed the thought almost as quickly as it came into my mind.

thats true only in some cases. i have been leader for my alliance for a bit now and the power hasnt gone to my head. i do enjoy being leader, but i dont take it to the extreme.

lol what makes a good leader has almost nothing to do with the characteristics of the leader, yes they need to be willing to lead the alliance and be willing to listen to their opinions but what makes them good has more to do with the people in his alliance. if they do not respect and follow their decisions, anarchy. if they dont bring ideas and complaints to them, it builds up and anarchy. if no one gets along then ppl fight and factions are chosen. with this the alliance will fall and if an alliance falls the leader is considered bad but if the alliance works with the leader they last for a long time and become a good alliance. no one person can run an alliance, it takes everyone within the alliance otherwise the leader doesnt know what to do and will not make the decisions everyone wants.
