Ok first off theres an old proverb that goes something like this:

You cant please all the people all the time, but u can please most of the people half the time. Or something like that.

With that being said, i think i have done a decent job of making SGW chat pretty non combative and not one alliance has an operator advantage over another. I have chosen the staff from both sides of the fence.

I can see certain issues arising over a voice chat which wouldnt happen over a normal chat(irc, forums), unfortuantly theres allways the minor minority that try to make it bad for the major majority. Not much can be done about the 1% of people that would try to make it hard for everyone else.

I totaslly agree with jason on content being 18+ but unfortuantly since this game is made up iof mostly children( even adult children) i think thats going to be a bit hard to police.

I think for now it will just be an open server where everyone is allowed on and digi and myself will go over some basic rules.

And on the topic of people getting kicked and banned... There will need to be guidelines set in terms of what is kick-able, and what is ban-able. More discussion on that will take place once we get it going.

Publicly voted admins would be a horrible idea. Simply choose admins from both sides that are as un-biased as possible. If you set up votes then one alliance will skew the vote in their favor to get multiple admins from their team. You have to have oversight if you're going to put the SGW name on it.

As for policing the age limit that's fairly impossible as well and not exactly your job (parents should pay more attention to what their kids do on the net than you do). I think Admins suggestion of multiple channels to avoid jerks is probably best...also is there a mute function in TeamSpeak? (i've never used it)

i love this idea.

i would defiantly use it.

for the 18+ its easy....have a disclaimer were the details for the server is, basically say that its a R rated environment, and it cannot be modded, if you have a issue with someone, then leave.

ya just say the TS is unrated and tada problem solved, the user has to beware of where he's joining.

I would love to have a SGW TS server, I know I'd be on frequently! :D

About the admins issue...admins who are big alliance members may not be the best choice. I would recommend someone neutral to all parties.
