no it does not...your last 6 or 8 attacks are the 'new' damage settings....before that was old settings....

I did about 50 more 15 turn attacks ACing his 25k spies after I massed him and not one politician died by the looks of it.

without me having to go look - how many supers you have?

and it seemed I was killing 5 politicians for 1 turn attacks and 4 for 15 turn attacks and I tested this theory twice lolol.
