no, they didn't. im sure of it. for 2 things.
1- i remenber the discusion about in the admin meeting where was decided that to repuse the attack you woude need expend you energy...(not free)
2- i had a precise cauculate for ascended hits, and it didn't toke repusion in consideration(means: i have the old formula, it always worked and repusion was not a factor)
it has definately been taken into account since the big ascension update... before that I never tried to descend anyone.
