This is a great idea and I think it should be added.
To those who dont want it - SHUT UP
Half of you haven't even had this problem so dont go saying what you think of it.
It would make no harm to the game yet improve it for the people that get conned from loads of naquada due to un-fair player's.

but (i informed all my officers personal told em the deal and asked there apinion)i give most of my income to my officers to help them grow and become alot better alot quicker
(it would of been more of a waste not being able to get my goals so i could protect them more and as such i have)
(all my officers rejoined me so that must say something)
