How do I descend someone?

You don't descend anyone. Unless they are stupid or inactive, it is impossible to descend someone in ascension. Now if you feel you have too many ATs and just want to waste time and resources, you can try. But you will more than likely end up doing more damage to yourself than to your opponent.

Tell that to all the accounts in TJP and FUALL who have been descended... You aren't likely going to descend someone who is active-but its possible.

i descended a guy i was at war with in acw

but then he wasnt descended on main?

why is this ^^??

he was put into the descended ppt on acw so i dunno

you sure you got the right person? you did do a GQ to make sure since names are not always the same?

Do I need lots of assasins aswell?

Do I need a high energy attack power level? Do I need a high energy attack skill??????????????

What do I need? I havn't descended anyone before. I wanna do atleast 1 person who has been pissing me off..

Yes that 83 million will eat into their life force then their reserves.
The max you can do in one hit is all of their life force minus 1 point and 1/3 of their reserves.

You might need assassins to get rid of their defense because if their defense is 1/10 of your attack or more, you will have to burn some of your attack power on them to get through to them. Not sure if this includes the command star but that kicks in if you don't ignore his defense outright by being 10 times stronger.

Yes you need high levels in both to maximise your damage output.
Also make sure you have enough DMU spare to heal yourself after the fight and obvious enough turns since it is fairly hard to deascend anyone remotely active.
