Jack you are an arrogant self centred mod blinded by tunnel vision and have no place being a mod in this community, let alone a supermod. If people actually went through yours posts, they'd see you in constant direct conflict with many many users and even as an ombudsman you acted like the most important thing in the world, attacking anyone who raised an issue with you in a very aggressive manner and letting an absurd amount of pride and self importance ruin and effectively degrade and demean any postion that you held.
You lack tact, lack any experience whatsoever, made constant silly mistakes, still spam in all the wrong areas, have that many *filters* trigger in your posts as a mod and yet are given an enourmous amount of leeway for the simple and single fact that Smoosh considers you his best mate in SGW.
Teal'auc was removed for being "stubborn" and yet anyone can clearly see that you are far more guilty of being over opinionated and unable to recognise, acknowledge or respect other people's views than she ever was by many fold. How can you hold the title of SuperMod, let alone mod when you have major issues with not only members of the moderation team, but also with the community and cannot grant them the simple polite respect they deserve, even if you do not agree with them.
Then again I don't expect anything to happen after this, just a slap on the wrist where others would be fired outright...

Am I the only one who's more shocked by racial slur than by a forum edit by a mod, on the racist guy, using the word "idiot" on him, the person who did racial slur against a member of the community?

jack, your behaviour in this thread speaks for itself. If you wanted to fight accusations, perhaps behaving in a manner somewhat different to how you've been accused of acting would be smart.

if you want to keep it fair, then AGA should indeed be warned/suspended for his racial slur and Jack should apologize.
As it stands neither will happen and quite frankly Jack saved AGA a lengthy suspension so...

I don't love AGA, he's abusive user, but the way you 'modded' him you proved you are no better than him.

This is just from a single snippet. Most of your posts are along these lines and yet you are given free reign to abuse users constantly and consistently on these forums.

I think Jack made a mistake. To edit someone's post in that way, even if it was intended as a joke, was in admittedly poor taste.
However, I don't think Jack deserves to be publically crucified in this fashion. Nor do I think he deserves to be stripped of his modship. He's someone whom, whether you choose to acknowledge it or not, has done a lot of good for these forums; both in his role as a moderator/ombudsman, and as a frequent poster/spammer who contributes to discussions and topics. Cut him some slack, please, as we all all make mistakes, and we all make poor judgements from time to time.
If you feel there's been a problem, then report it accordingly and let it be dealt with by the forum admin. Let them sort it out. "Hate" topics of this nature, intended to whip the populance into some kind of frenzy, are as unproductive as they are petty.

It's the double standard which makes people want to throw up, Mordack. You ask people to forgive his mistakes. He does them each day. He abuses forum users on daily basis. Nothing is done.
I was fired for 'being too emotional (=to be a human being) and stubborn... if that's worse than what Jack does, come on. Double standards. I want to puke, i really do.
He does not deserve to be a mod.

That's like saying "that color is so gay"... homosexual jokes are thrown around so loosely today... heck the entire U.S. is a near description of what you said for having anti-gay marriage etc. But that's a whole different ballgame that is SOOOOO not worth going into.
Lord Akaroth: AGA has atleast 6 warnings and is currently banned. AGA was given the opportunity to edit his post before being banned. He actually edited it to "Jack is a **Filtered** mod" to which Jack did -
not- give him a warning.
Woulda been easy if u think about it for Jack to dig up another post or two to ban AGA with, but he didn't.
also, quite frankly I find Jack's lack of tact to be quite refreshing. It gets VERY boring of mods trying to go "im sorry i has to do this please dun hurt me main account" and trying to be all phony and nice. atleast we got one moderator who is an actual human being and doesn't have robotic emotions.

You're one of the few mods I still respect entirely mate so I'll ask you to spend 5 mins going to Jack's profile and viewing his posts over the course of his modship. You'll find this is not a once off occurance but a persistant thing that he's been allowed to get away with time and time again.
When critisism is brought up, what does he do? Tries to imply that I have anal sex with another forum poster. Does that sound like the behaviour that becomes a supermod?
IMHO that is completely and utterly unacceptable regardless of rank.
