I vote for the wraith. Although i admit, i am a bit biased.
They already have a decent number of weapons/shiptypes known so that would be a decent starting location.
Also, anyone saying that they won't work because the wraith are not in the milky way.. Well currently, neither are the replicators, they are all dead. You could just get creative (it is a game after all) and say a single wraith hiveship flew to the milky way to stir up some trouble. Voila, new race.

Well, you can impliment the idea on Quantum Wars. After that, if it goes down well enough, you should be able to make an approximate assesment of how it would go down in the main game.

Reading through allot of post about Tok'Ra wannabe's and stuff a random thought came into my head (it didn't cause a headache) i don't know if it would be posible but since there are so many people that like the idea of the Tok'Ra then what about this..... You can choose to be Tok'Ra the benifit could be 12.5% income 12.5% covert (or something like that) you show up in game as Goa'uld so nobody knows you are Tok'Ra. I think this would make allot of people happy, but like I said, I don't know if it can be done... well that's my idea, feel free to play around with it.....

Thats a good idea replijake...
The only reason I didnt want a tokra race is because they couldnt infiltrate and appear as goa'uld, but if what you suggested is done (they just appear as goa'uld to everyone else), then they could be a fun race to play as
I also like the idea of retu...
Also, just some information:
The replicators may not be completly destroyed... as jacob said (i think it was him) the anceint device wont affect the whole galaxy, just planets with a stargate would be affected...
All it takes is one replicator on a planet with no stargate, or in a different galaxy, and they can easily come back

You forgot about the Goa'uld who infiltrate the Tok'ra. If you allow that, then Tok'ra infiltration will begin.RepliBart wrote:You could also make it so that only tok'ra see other people as tok'ra so that they don't attack eachother.

Yup, and the more calculations for bonuses for the growing number of players, the more work the server has to do. All you guys with idead - who wasnt to buy a new server eh?
Perhaps in a future wave these things could be added, in the future when servers work fast.......

Be careful of who you choose to attack. Choose wrongly, and face the wrath that is THE SAZ.

Tempting to imagine, but not feasable.
We do not know much about them. We have one episode to work with. All spinoff art should stay true to the creative integrity of the inspiration.
Otherwise you have a whole lot of games, movies, and books contradicting eachother, like aliens and predator. To a technical person like me, I cant have faith in a "universe" so frivilous.Im sure others could agree.
I am all for the wraith as No#5 though, we know enough about them to make a great race. I know, I know, there in the pegasus! But you know they're going to cross over to SG-1 eventually! Lets just officialize it before it happens on Atlantis!
-but no to vagues like the footholds, furlings, aschen, tha fire and water alien nox, etc.
