If you are asking if he said those exact words then no I don't believe he did. The reason for him not getting involved in scamming is not just that it is hard to police but simply people could abuse it. Say someone buys $100 worth of naq and then later that day the person who gave the naq could just report said player for scamming. Their is no way to prove that you paid money for it so he just doesn't get involved most of the time.

@ United: Remember, scamming isn't against the ingame rules perse, but you will be labeled a despicable little PoS on the forums and permanently banned from trading. The only effective way to scam is to multi and multying IS against the ingame rules.

Scammers are only a minority in this game, and if you want to join that minority, one that is particular sat on by the community, then so be it. Become one of those losers in life. It's your choice.

Answer: NO.

For the last time people: deception is a part of war and as long as the deception/scamming involves in-game goods only it is a perfectly legitimate tactic. If you do not like it - then mass the person responsible - but there is nothing illegal in scamming in-game goods and it IS a legitimate tactic within the rules. If you can't accept that, then leave the game - it is not going to change as it can't change.

The ONLY time it crosses the line is when real money is involved - at which point it actually becomes a crime - fraud - and is a matter for the law, rather than the game.

I wanna make clear that what someone said here about me thinkin on scammin it is not true!
My reason to ask is another, wich Wolf359 already knows, has nothing to do with scammin at all at the end.
I have never scamm on anyone, not doing it and wont ever do! I do not support this kind of acts and behaiviours and puke all over those who does it!
I wanted to make it clear. Thanks
