perhaps a little room for discussion when propping new ideas...rather then forever getting shutdown by the know-it-alls

I think it's too late and too many members for the forum to change. it's not really about the forum or the rules etc.... it's all about the different types of personalities on the forum, and the more people the more chances of personality clashes etc.

It really is all about the users. They decide what the forums are and the atmosphere of them.

yeah but its pretty easy to divide them into 3 distinct groups
1. the long time know it all players
2. the spammers/dedicated players
3. the newbys who havnt got a clue

group 2 tends to make the most posts...alot of which are fairly pointless

2 groups
Light hearted fun lovers
haters

And spam is not a bad thing, its a great stress releiver and a good way to pass the time. done correctly, its actually a beautiful thing.

find some friends, and spend the day in the temple. You will be suprised at the people you meet and the fun to be had.

I'm not much of a spammer, but I have read through entire threads of 10 to 20 pages simply because it was a good read. I spam alittle, but not much, but when I do it is enjoyable.
