This user has been banned but not for multi activity.
A reply to his email has been sent.

Rules


1) Only one account per person, per game server.
2) No automated processes, macros, scripts or other 'non human being'
run account activity is allowed.
3) No sharing or giving out your account details to others.
4) No logging into other people's accounts.
5) Attempts to break into accounts, the game, or otherwise disrupt or
slow down the game, or server, are strictly illegal.
6) Using bugs or exploits of any kind, or knowing of and not reporting
bugs or exploits, is illegal.
7) Spamming your recruiting link, or anything else related to or using
our name or site, is illegal. Share the site, but please do so
respectfully.
No profanity in user names, namable weapons/ships, or anywhere else on game.
9) Any breaking of the rules can result in punishment, suspension,
banning, account deletion, or banning of your entire ISP.

I have not broken any of these rules. Nor has my Brother. I dont see why i was banned. Could it have summthing to do with my random Support Bonus me and my brothers sumtimes get.? Id rather discuse that in a email.

Did you ever query it in the FAQ or Bugs section??? Did you ask anyone?

After having bought a SS yourself, and paying for it, it really takes naivety to the limits to suspect that other random ppl would buy SS package for YOUR account. May I be another to quote:

Ask admin which rule you broke, I'm sure he'll expand (unless his mail to you already did so). And come in the clear regarding those SS's. They really sound fishy.

Me and my brother bought support status (20$) and after that we recieved random SSs and not till shortly did we relize it was our credit card taht was being charged for it. My parents tried to get our money back and they were declined(as far as i knw) thats when our accounts were banned.

ok w.e that has to b the stupidist reason to ban some one considering i didnt even buy the support status.

Your story seems to change way too often and it seems to also have a lot of holes in it.

Why don't you try telling the truth and the entire truth not just part of it and hope that the rest wont come out as it will.

I really doubt you have a legit reason to be unbanned as your story seems to fishy and you are now just grasping at straws, and coming up with new information in the hope someone will think you are telling the truth.

The only reason my story changed was cos ei thought i was banned for multi accounts.
