I concur. The death of Heath Ledger is that much more poignant considering his performance.
Agreed.
I was a little wary of all the hype regarding Heath Ledger's performance, as I thought some it may have been generated solely because of the tragic circumstances surrounding his death. I was wrong, though, and his performance blew me away.

Prior to having seen Dark Knight, I thought all the chatter about an Academy Award for Heath Ledger's performance to be "feel good moment" for the Hollywood establishment. However, having seen the movie, he clearly embodied the role as a psychopath. I would not have known that the person behind the Joker make-up was the same person who was in Knight's Tale. His skill in creating the Joker character was awesome.

btw...did anyone noticed that actor playing mayor in Black Knight = Richard in Lost (or I am blind?)
Oh yes, that was the Lost Mystery man indeed.
I love that guy. He looks like he's always wearing eye-liner, but that's just his eyes. Nice

Did you not seen Benjamin Linus standing in the reception to the town hall or at the big fund raiser? Or the Dharma sign on the papers in Fox's and mayors office? Apparently it really was Richard
also I am certain I have said this before in this thread. Someone edits it out again..and I will find them and kill them.
