i dont see how your classed as a middle guy if youve only ever had 300bill at one time but w/e thats not the point, my point is that is insanely stupid the ms system works fine now if u actually try to invest some of your naq into it instead of trying to change it so you dont have to do as much work.

I spend my naq too quickly for it to accumilate, it all goes into my UP. Plus I can't let it sit or it'll get stolen.

Seriously though. 10 tril refund? That's rubbish. I have an MS just on the edge of the top 1000. It cost a LOT more than 10 tril, which in turn means there is over 1000 other people who have spent more than I have.
I have a 16 mil army size. 90% lifers. (I returned to the game recently, but gave away my UU when I left). I have had several tril on hand on a couple of occasions. I would class myself as a small player. An average/medium player would be 40-50 mil, and would grow rapidly. So you are in no way a medium player.

@ Angel_F1re: The way I consider someone a big, medium, or small player is by thier rank. If they can get G&R & stay there, thier medium in my book. And I can easily get into G&R range. If your rank is 500 or better, you're a big player. And the rest are small players. And if you read my later posts, I stated I liked Tacet's idea on the MS better.

Dangerous statement, as most ppl realize that ranks means nothing around here. The best indicator of size is, well, army size. Being able to get into GR mostly means that you've got a well balanced account, not that you're a specific size. Many of our training alliance's small players can get into GR. However, maybe we should try to stay on topic.

Could you maybe give a summary of what you're current suggestion is, including changes?
