it is easy to reach 400 mil army if you never experience a war, or at least not a real, major server war. im sure most of us would get to even more than 400 mil if there wouldnt be some issues between fuall and tle

agreed, im down over 100 mil uu in my war, even tho its a very boring one with rubbish opponents doesnt make it free. Pretty hard to keep a high uu size and be active in a war properly, though I do my best to keep growing,
