Well this thread certainly made for an interesting read. 
Mercury, upon reflection I have realized that I got sabbed around the same time you did. I also was rather angry and confused about it at the time, and began searching for the culprit. (the only really good thing that came out of that experience was that it made me build up a much better covert action level) I did not find him at the time, but now that I've read this, I'm pretty sure that it was probably the same person. So I too shall be making sure sure he is never able to build up anything ever again for the rest of this era. 
The funny part is, before even reading this I had already farmed him a few times...lol

I'd rather not divulge that, for fear of being massed out of my current position in the rankings...I worked hard to get there, darnit, especially considering that I've never even played Quantum before this era, lol...

Anyway Mercury, suffice it to say that you have hit me a few times in the past (my fault for leaving out too much naq), and I've never been able to hit you back. *shrugs* I don't care, because you deserve it for how well you have done this round (remembers you being at #1 for a while).
I just noticed that you have dropped a bit on the rankings, but since you are currently on PPT, I assume you will make a huge comeback later.

Lol i wouldn't worry too much about it, I"LL SAB anyone, and as the same goes there ain't anything you can do about it. ( since having a defence is pointless, if you get farmed the same amount with or with out it.
anyways, repairs are much cheaper without it. and infact i think i keep more naq, cause i'm further down the page before anyone gets to me.
however if anyone doesn't want to finish in the top 40 i should be able to arrange it, top 100 is abit harder cause all you need is a mess load of techs. and playing smart.
and than if your gunz, you go from rank 750 to rank 5, just becaused you built up.
