Depending on the ages of people IF we go paint-balling could we schedule something a bit later for younger peoples?

Depends on the 100% people I get.
I wont be planning something for under 18's though if there will only be one person under 18 coming.
Most people I see coming are all over 18 and like to drink/party.
But yeah, it all comes down to numbers. The more mature the crowd, the more mature the activities.

well, i was gunna say 99%,leaving room for error and quite possably alcohol poison being holiday season.
but then i factored in injuries and/or plane crashes destroying my house... plus national floods and KKK storming and taking control of melbourne CBD... so i dropped another 3% off for them...
