Or from the switch phpbb2.* to phpbb3.* Member data stayed but post count had an issue if i recall properly.

Could be wrong though

COPPA : I think phpbb2 handled under 13 ppl elsehow.
Im not sure about this thing, but I think under 13 is now logged in the user date, and not by being in a special group. That would at least tell us why are there no newcomers there.

I already started to clear the forums of the inactive users. But defining inactive is not as easy as you think. And deleting inactives is also a slow process. Im working on it.

I see you've done good job for 2005 users, only users remaining 0 post members joined in 2005, are those who visited recently forums. :)
