Yup, Admin Mark contacted me and i gave him all the info i had at hand, apparently there were a few suspicious days over a month ago when i was farming even harder than usual to build up my MS. As i explained i have no job or college, so there are many days where i can spend 18+ hrs farming.
I suffer from the lag just like everyone else, but since it's the same lag every turn, then that is why my logs will usually show me hitting during the same minute, particularly for people early on my list. Bear in mind the game only records the minutes, not the seconds, anyone who turn farms will show much the same as me, and look just as suspicious, although it's unlikely they will farm for so many hours in a row.
As for tabs then i was using multiple tabs up until about 6-7 weeks ago, then we had that "great" fix that was supposed to sort out the lag, but actually made it 10x worse, i had to swap to manually loading up each alliance page in 1 browser window and farming them via the quick attack buttons. Probably cost me 4 trillion a day in lost earnings doing that, but since tab farming was taking about 2.5-3 mins each turn before i could get the bank page to load up i was being counter-farmed way too often and it was too annoying.
Last word i had from mark was that the occasional suspicious day of heavier than normal farming was explainable and he was happy enough with my answers.
Personally i would have liked to get a clear response on the issue, but without him flying over to the UK and watching me farm i can't see how it can be done. Obviously the anti-cheat scripts pick up nothing as i do not cheat, but then again the system is not perfect so Admin/s have to make their judgements based on not just logs, but also some measure of guesswork which is arrived at by questioning and analyzing the answers given.
As i have said before i have nothing to hide, my farming is explained simply by the fact i have no life. Although lately i have been playing warhammer online and playing some other less laggy browser games so the farming frequency in SGW is significantly down. Which is partly why i find it so amusing that CHOAM have complained so recently when i have actually been barely farming at all compared to 6-8 weeks ago.
They are picked on because they are often too stupid to use critical alert level and have annoyed me by extorting others and bullying, so it's personally satisfying to farm them heavily when i can be bothered to put in the effort...they also have nice MS's to mass, so by farming them alot i am able to keep an eye for when they are built up so i can mass them back down
