lol i would but i dnt have the resoruces his MS is better then mine he has a 6 trill strike and i had to train 10 mill uu in to spies with my lvl 32 covert and still all i got was his spy lvl

oh we know he is a multi, he has had a few accounts but the only way is to get him of the forums and game ip ban i think

IP bann is not the answer.

1. he can proxy out so IP ban is useless
2. IP ban can hurt good players not affiliated with him.

he dnt proxy he resets his IP it i asked him he said it only takes ten seconds and he can have as many accounts or scamming fun as he wants and admin will never catch him

Screw banning he will just come back, just have admin go in and reset that account to 0 accross the board, completely reset the account.

Remove the planets, i cant get into perg to do it.

This is anouther one of his paypals but for now it cant do anything as he scammed me out of a 100$ and when it hap he then turned around and said right at the end

Hellboy strikes again

And he is now in a tribunal with me on paypal,

also he even used the excuse of being scammed and also having a thread and he pretended to be a member of TAF.

He has also admitted to owning half the server and He has been a multi for the past 3 yrs he tryed to enter delta for a laugh as he says. i belive he is the lowest of Scum and as i have family that deal with internet policing i will have them Track the bastard and do something with him.

Infact the old Untold Chaos has changed his name to Cappell and guess what.... he still plays 86088 which has now been named Cappell.

I know it cos i've spoken to him several times over the past few months
