One option would be to ban trades for dollars outside the game, and maybe create a stockmarket inside the game where players could buy or sell UU or Naq for dollars or other resources and each trade could carry a small tax with the revenue going to support the site.

as long as PP and MSN exist that is impossible.

well. Their is currently a way for $ spenders to buy ingame too, if you choose not to do so then its your fault if you get scammed. Although the Ingame options could do with being chosen by players or supply/demand.

I slightly disagree there, I know of a major MMORPG that did just that by getting rid of trading altogether, although that is definitely not a road I would like to go down again.. ruined the game in my opinion.

Point made, but as long as attacking for naq and raiding exists, it wont stop $ trades. You get paid and put the goods out for them to take,

Oh yeah I forgot to add that getting another player's items was basically impossible. Fighting another player got you "game generated rewards" lmao. That would be the reason I left ^_^

I'm not saying that it's a good way to go, just that it is barely possible :P

Don't even know why I brought it up lol, sorry :-D
