Well I worked at a plant couple years ago. I worked with a fellow player and his wife played as well. They did not have an IP exception. Now if me and him were both at work we could not hit the same targets. If he was at work and me at home we could. Now if both his account and his wifes account were both set to war to the same account they both could not hit them but if one set to peace then the other could so they traded every 24 hours on this super farm we had at the time. Now me at work and her at home we could mass together. Now when I was home, he was at work, and she was home we could all mass together.

Seems it goes by your last log in IP.
