I will echeo many other people's words here. The term vulture is stupid. I mean jeez, shouldnt you expect to get hit more whenyou have little to no defence, not less!

As everyone always says when talking about vultures, would you rather your naq go to your enemy?

Vulture = Someone who circles the GC and as soon as a war thread props up starts farming the newly defenceless alliances. Much like a vulture circling the desert waits for prey to be dying then eats them.

^^ - Their are a few of those about, Satan666 for example and Skunky to name a couple.

Someone who farms/raids/attacks someone via looking for farms ingame = Farmer.

Not that it matters which one of those hits me, ill mass either. Though I only use the term vulture for people like Satan666 or Skunky who dilberatly hit people simply because they are at war and have low defences so low costs.
Rather than hitting someone simply for the purpose of hunting for naqudah on the rankings.

Anyone who calls a farmer a vulture as wolf said, is an idiot, Its not a correct term.

I have nothing against either types, real vultures or farmers, both are fine playing styles, just I like to war people who appear in my logs no matter the reason.

Wolf359 wrote:No - anybody who labels anybody else a vulture needs to grow up!

If they don't want to be attacked, then they should keep a defence - if they don't want people to attack them when they're in a war, then they should also not attack anyone else not in the war (and if they do should not subsequently moan about it when they're attacked - which I'd say is the category that the vast majority of 'vulture' moaners fall into!) - but they don't, so it's a massive double standard.

People also need to realise that not everyone pays attention to what goes on in the forums - some people never have, others do so less than they used to because there is 1000% more crap in the forum than there used to be.

Unfortunately the game has evolved this way because of moaning whiners who want everything given to them on a plate, rather than having to actually work at it. It's funny that when the game was more difficult, people never used to moan about 'vultures' when they were in a war - not because they weren't attacked by other people, because they were - but mainly because you couldn't just drop your defence immediately, and so people weren't seen as taking advantage.

You also need to remember that a lot of these supposed 'vultures' are simply people taking the opportunity to get their own back because of being constantly attacked/farmed by 'vulture moaners' previously. Sometimes the only time they can get their own back is when the moaners drop all their defence in a war.

Too much of a song and dance is made about it. Anyone who calls anybody else a 'vulture' ad shouts about it needs to 'man-up' in my opinion - I'd have a lot more respect for them if they simply said nothing and quietly took their revenge further down the line.

Meh.

=D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

TBH, I prefer people other than my enemy to get my naq......but maybe thats just me. Seriously people, your going to lose it anyway, does it really matter who to?

No.

That is stupid. If you do not know about it, you do not know who to avoid.

Just like I expect to be hit, everyone should expect to be hit aswell especially considering the nature of the game.

So I do the only reasonable thing and hit back, no matter if you are in a war or not. Being in war is also no excuse of having no defense either. If you have that much naq out that would make a hit profitable for farmers, then you are apparently in no real war, as you would be hit for even smaller amounts in that case.

wait...so this means i can hit ppl in a war to get my account back in order without being in danger of it being decimated again??

thats quite the profound statement...
thanks deni :D

Even tho I think the vulture tag is lame and pathetic, it's funny how so many people have said 'no' it's not right for someone to be labelled a vulture if the war isn't in the GC, but if someone who never uses these forums hits someone in a war that IS in the GC they get labelled a vulture and they don't care about their excuse that they don't use the forums.

Not saying everyone is like this, but it's happened many times before.

I think its also dumb and retarted. I was raiding yesterday evening, then whe I was done my internet connection cut out, but about an hour ago I log in and I have a PM. It says
please dont attack me i am in a war that is vuturing and any more attacks will resort in me realy attackin back thank
, so I check my Attack Log to find this guys name. I raided him once. If I could not see how much UU people had out, I would test raid them, I happened I not to see how much UU he had out, so I test raided him. Did not get UU so I didnt hit hi anymore. So anyways I check the GC to see if Thor's Chariots was in a war, but no thread, so I reply back to this guy and tell him that just cause you in a war does not mean no one else can hit him,but the people hes at war with, then I sent him aonther PM pointing hi to this thread.

Tc = farms , couldnt mass a lady bug, raid and farm them all you want lmao.
And aye they couldnt be bothered making their own thread they hijacked another. Not that its a war, more of a slaughter.

12.

As for vulture,

My previous statement is true.

Their are "vultures" in this game by the definition of the word, but their are only a few such as satan666 and skunky.
The way in which the term is frequently used to no avail is quite ammusing. Its called you farmed or attacked me and im going to mass you, not vulture.

I mean its a silly move to farm someone in a war, they are mass happy and wont think twice about quickly adding you to their war list and removing your tasty stats. As apposed to a target not in war, which is more likely to forgive and let live.

Ill mass vultures/raiders/farmers/1timeattackers and even a nun,
If you enter my logs = massed I see no reason to make excuses as to the why and know how.
