Don't know if coca is still in it but it was when it was first made. When launched Coca Cola's two key ingredients were cocaine (benzoylmethyl ecgonine) and caffeine. The cocaine was derived from the coca leaf and the caffeine from kola nuts. But in 1903 it was removed not they use a a cocaine-free coca leaf extract prepared at a Stepan Company plant in Maywood, New Jersey. Gotta love Wikipedia.
But just think about all that sugar no wonder alot of people have Diabetes. Plus if it cleans corrosion from car batteries and we drink it, can you imagine what it does to our insides. So go and drink it I know I don't.
