Why mods are people too, they can still say retarded things to piss people off even if they are not modding, then if they get massed for it, they claim thats why they got massed, and it goes way back to when mods used to do that very thing, piss people off until they where massed.

What I am getting at though is a simple warning or banning on the forums.

I am not talking about being a Mod and **Filtered** people off. if i did that then yes i'd expect repercussions ingame.

Can people please grasp what i am saying. It's not about being rude, disrepectful or **Filtered** people off. It's about a simple warning/banning for breaking a forum rule. That is it, no more, no less.

No matter what you say, there are mods on here that are bias towards certain people, and any warnings/ban they put in place are going to favor 1 side or friendship more than the other,

This is exactly what was going on 2 years ago, and still carries on today, it will never change, therefore massings ingame because of it will continue, its all part of it, dont like it, dont be a mod, after all your just wearing a big target on your back.

WEEEEELLLLL....here we have the situation. Mod gets player for posting, player massess mod for getting player. What goes around comes around. Its very childish, it happens.

Lets, nOW...add to that equation... player and mod are nemesis'. Player can only get the mod in game for his rather unfair (but maybe warranted) actions on the forum. What does it take to be a nemesis? Ones own perception? oh no...lol...so...we have a PICKLE.

I think there kids....the general and only conclusion you can and ever will get ...is its one of the hazards of the job. There will always be someone there to do it with some reason that may justify it for them, whether you all, in the land of fairy's and puppy dogs, think its right or not. So reach down in your shorts and grow a pair and take it.

It is....always......going to happen. History sure as hell proves that one.

if a person feels unjustly treated on the boards then as we all know, they can take it with the other mods or the ombudsman, but if a mod is deceiving then yes, i agree with you GC...

but as Clarkey said, thats not what he's getting at so in that light, no its not right that a mod get massed for "no" reason..."no" being the keyword.

The way its starting to sound is like, im a mod dont mass me, i deserve better, but then we would have all these mods who are stat builders etc...

Its just a game, that never stops growing, if you get massed, rebuild, and continue.

As far as being massed for being a mod ...

dont care... if my mod handling of any situation results in a massing so be it. I gleefully accept any responsibilities for my actions.

I believe treating people with respect is the key here and if a Mod cant do that then who can ?

well i spose at the end of the day, we dont live in an ideal world so erm...yeah, unless all mods remain anonymous, even to them selves, well its not going to stop anytime soon...right or wrong goes out the window lol

It is acceptable, part of being a mod.

Its like being a cop in real life. When you're off duty doesn't mean your job is over. You could have arrested someone and now they're out of jail and pissed off at you so they show up at your house one night.

If the Mod has done nothing wrong and fairly punished someone breaking forum rules then no it's not acceptable behavior but it is inevitable that it will happen since those deserving of warnings/bannings are clearly not bothered by whats acceptable. I think all the current Mods are more than capable of defending themselves and if any feared the ingame consequences they wouldn't have taken the Mod position.
