Finding a knowledgable strong CO is extremely helpful for new and small accounts.

Or maybe a strong Vox Humana member can take you under their wing.
If all else fails, you could talk to me.. But do check out the Recruitment section, if you think having a CO is the right thing for you. (I can assure you, growth and learning are the most important things in the first stages of the game.)
