I was also wondering, why bump it, it's been answered, no need for further enquiry, shouldn't it be locked?

Its left so people can continue to discuss the matter at hand, I gave a good explination, and Mordack also stated something very relivent. This may happen again by someone else. Tho many find the urge to just spam something to death or force a lock to stop the spamming. I had rather leave it open and let it die naturally as someone may have a good point to share later down the road.

It was bumped due to the 2 officers asking me YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY then saying their fuall commanders said they wouldnt be massed...
