Officer income is less than it should be?

Had this same issue my self when I let a former officer sign up with me again, took 24hrs before I noticed that he wasn't getting anything near what he should be, toggled the % to officers and then set it back and it was fixed, does just seem to be a bug but at least there's a workaround we can do until it's fixed.
