I am admin on a phpbb3 forum somewhere else, and I can see an option for that.
Under the user-based permissions there is a permission named Can send messages to groups. And you can enable it only to mods.
You could try it..

And only the ones should get warn, who messaged after deni, not people like RBR.. Why do the users get warn, if its basicly not their fault?

Thanks for giving me 2 **Filtered** warnings because i replyed to Universe`s message without having any clue of what`s going on.
This shows how professional you are... if someone does a mistake shoot him and then judge to see if he was guilty. If he`s dead screw him... let him sit on the bench for 2 weeks.
My last suspention was for 2 spam messages and now i`ll get another one for not doing anything. Thanks Zeratul for being such a wonderful mod... not.

Warnings should not have been given, I apoligise, as noted in the mod forum, we enabled it for 5 minutes so zer could let people know what was going on with the awards, i was meant to turn it back off after he'd done but...Alas, a few moments after switching the button on, my net went offline for a few hours...
Again, my apoligies, noone should have been warned and i will rectify the situation in due course.

Buck has stated in the mod forum that all warnings related to the mass pm will be removed. Please let us fix the new pm notification first. Thank u for ur patience
