You could start a thread with all the outgoing Naq and UU so the community can start to trace down what other accounts received naq and UU from this one.

guys, its not his duty to fix all the problems. and he shouldnt be giving that info out at all, i kno getting scammed suxs but if a deal sounds too good to be true it is.. Norbe have fun with the new account sry u didnt buy mine but i sold it anyhow. I mean when ppl bought STI's and Blahh's account u didnt ask them to pay back all the uu they killed so just leave norbe be, he is a nice guy and deserves our repect

I agree, people that buy accounts these days have absolutely no idea what account they are getting (this included any and all stats and also previous owners reputation/actions).

Why don't they just trace the IP address?

Proxies and such disable finding a static IP to permaban.

Mostly id agree, but there where plently of posts and everyone knew that technoboy was a scammer, and had scammed many, there are plently of accounts for sale, and yet he just happened to buy the one that a well known scammer was selling, uh huh.....

None taken Lore. I was aware that technoboy had scammed in the past, around the time that I left, but didnt realise it was quite such a recent past. I have been away for a long time. I'll get the IDs for you later, get an SQL error when I try to load the game now.

Most of the outgoing resources went to an account named "Naquadah4Me", which is one of the banned accounts now. Again dont know the ID off the top of my head. He obviously moved it on from there as it had/has next to nothing. Other outgoing resources were what looked to be legit trades (eg, 3.5 tril naq for 5m UU) with various people.

Don't really have an answer for this other than I posted above in response to Lore. I knew he'd scammed a bit in the past, thought that was a long time ago and not in the quantity it obvioulsy was. Perhaps it was nieve of me, but nevertheless I was wrong. Also I had been looking for an account for more than two weeks with little luck. Its easy to find if your paying in $$, not so easy for ingame resources, especially on a small budget.

as for the account what he did to people then he should be held accountable for that and all you can do is carry on playing the game and tranform that shell of an account to your own. good luck.

If we all started listing out what we lost to Norbe then we'd only depress him too much and he'd quit again. We should be celebrating the reappearance of a good player because we know Techno will be back soon enough with his get rich schemes and we'll have an extra person to hit him as well.

Welcome back Norbe. I hope everyone will give you a fair shake despite the history of that account.
