You could also ascend it will set all your enemies at neutral.

Would rather auto-change, and what happens, when you are at max ascensions then?
Though, i would recommend, alliance-vs-alliance relation stay (as in at war with alliance) Otherwise it may allow entire alliances to change realities and stop a war, if they don't want to pay the surrender costs
